I had such an incredible stay at AVE Tampa and truly cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. I would like to leave this review to thank Megan and Thomas for such a warm welcome. Even though we are still new at AVE, we were very happy with the reception and with all the care Megan showed us, from the apartment tour to our move-in day. I remember visiting the apartment on a rainy Sunday, and Megan was extremely kind and attentive, making us feel comfortable while showing different floor plans and the community, and she was always very patient and supportive. On our move-in day, we had an issue related to leaving our previous apartment, and Thomas kindly assisted us with our arrival and provided helpful information. I loved living at AVE! Definitely my favorite apartment complex I've lived in thus far. I stayed in two different units here over two years- no complaints with either. The amenities and monthly events are great, building is kept clean and all the staff are great. It's also dog friendly which is a plus. I also appreciated the safety, particularly having a security guard in the lobby overnight. I only ever had minor issues during my time living there (my stovetop cracked, I couldn't figure out the ice maker, and the AC was out for an afternoon) all of which were addressed very promptly by the maintenance team. I'm going to miss living here- and would highly reccomend to anyone looking to move to the downtown Tampa area.

We just moved in and so far our experience has been great. Megan (MC) has been wonderful to work with. She guided us through the entire process and made sure we understood the next steps. Thomas was also a pleasure to work with. He was patient and responded to any additional questions we had. The maintenance team have been wonderful and fully attentive. The building is clean and has many amenities. The entire staff are wonderful. We are happy to be living here!
