AVE Blue Bell

We moved to the AVE in Blue Bell over 18 months ago and our living experience has been wonderful. Of course, like any multi family living there were a handful of hiccups but too small to mention. What's worth mentioning are the great things about AVE BB starting with the amazing staff- starting with Julie (my first contact) at the front desk to Sharon B., the manager, everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with has been professional, respectful, cheerful and very friendly including Grethel, Shiraz, Nicole and Martin, to name a few. The public spaces are great, always kept clean. The fitness center is amazing. Everything looks new! We never had noise issues (top floor), and we've met wonderful neighbors. I've been living here for a year now and this place is awesome. Super clean, good community, nice amenities, and professional staff. Residents all seem to be good people. This is a nice place if you enjoy privacy and security. School districts are good around here too so I've seen people raising families here. Maintenance issues and work orders are fast if there's any issues - kind and professional maintenance team. I'm always amazed how there are so many residents, but somehow the staff remember's my name, my room number and even random stuff I tell them about myself during conversation. We stayed at the AVE from May- August of 2025. Without question it was the most enjoyable summer we have ever experienced. The facilities and accommodations are first class and the staff is terrific. From Sharaz and Julie at the front desk to Nicole and Tonia in the offices, the staff members made us always feel welcomed. They did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. It’s no wonder that the words used by long time residents, when asked about living at the AVE, is “it’s easy”. We would like to thank all of the staff for their ongoing support, assistance, kindness and professional attitudes during our stay. We highly recommend the AVE to anyone interested in a first class rental property.

I have been living here for 4 years and absolutelylo love it. The staff is amazing and are attentive and make sure everything is handled with care and urgency. They also create interesting monthly resident events. Sheraz, is always so helpful with anything I need and always greets the tenants with a smile and a willingness to help. Move here! You won’t regret it!

My family has been staying at The AVE since it opened in 2020. It’s an amazing place to live! The staff are extraordinary! My family has gotten close to all the staff and maintenance team! We absolutely adore Sheraz, Julie, Grethel, Nicolette and Martin! We just signed another annual lease because we can’t imagine living anywhere else!!!!
