Avaya Steeplechase Apartments

This location is exceptionally pleasant to reside in. The manager and assistant manager are outstanding individuals to interact with. Whenever issues have arisen in my home, the maintenance team has responded promptly and efficiently, exceeding my expectations. However, I have observed that some residents do not adhere to the rules within their apartments. The office staff are diligent in their efforts to ensure tenants feel safe and at home. I would like to extend my gratitude to Linda, Maria, and Melly. I encourage all residents to follow the rules, as this will prevent any issues. By doing so, I assure you that you will have a trouble-free experience. Simple adherence to the rules is all that is required.

I applied on a look and lease special the application process was fast and smooth. The staff as very friendly and informative. I love the layout of my unit, it was exactly what I was looking for. The community is quiet and close to grocery and retail stores which is a plus.

I am a new resident here at Avaya and I'd just like to say Linda, Melly, and Maria all have been amazing. I've been here only a month but I am beyond thankful greatful and so excited to be here in this family oriented community. I absolutely love love love my new apartment ,thank you Ms.Linda for your help and support Melly your kindness and Maria you're genuineness 🙌🏽 THE BEST IS YET TO COME FOR ME AND MY FAMILY, IN JESUS CHRIST MIGHTY NAME AMEN

I put the request on at 5am as 'high priority-safety issue.' I still had to call the office 3 times that same day, for them to finally come out at 330pm. That's after my daughter told me how the maintenance men stood outside of the maintenance building, for an hour or more not doing anything. This maintenance crew is terrible, not friendly at all and I think, it's the maintenance manager is a bit rude. I definitely prefer the original crew, which was here when I first moved in

I just want to kindly express this morning how grateful I am to be apart of such an understanding and VERY welcoming community. The staff in my apartment complex (MS. LINDA, MS. MARIA, and MS. MELLIE) are some of the most God sent people! Very professional, understanding, and just all around committed to what they do. Any issues I have not only one but each and every last one of these ladies make sure they go ABOVE and beyond to make sure any issues (which is very rare) is taken care of with such positive attitude behind it. I’ve been here since March and couldn’t have been any happier with where I choose to to reside.
