Do not move in here. There are numerous issues, but I'll list a few examples. Many things look good at first glance, but when you look under the hood, it's disgusting... - HVAC filters are fiberglass MERV 1 rated (the worst filter possible) - Pool deck is always ruined by music that Avanti plays. Good luck trying to read a book or listen to a podcast or even, you know, listen to your own music?? - Refrigerator water is filled with plastic particles that come from the inner tubing. Maintenance refused to replace. Fridge sounds like it's trying to generate power for the entire neighborhood. Dishwasher is disappointing too. - Garage speed bumps are terrible. Will destroy your car's suspension quick. - Will jack up rates for your second year. Expect to move out after one year unless you want t

Denise at Avanti Apartments is truly amazing! From the very first interaction, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community. She took the time to answer every question, explain all the details clearly, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Denise genuinely cares about her residents and it shows—she goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your decision. Avanti is lucky to have her, and I can’t recommend working with Denise enough!

Future residents. Avanti is definitely the highest quality apartment building (build and reliability) and a great team that leads it. Norm especially is on top of things to help lead the entire team by example, he’s been a lot of help during my 2 year residence here. Overall haven’t had any other issues that 95% of all other apartments experience. Or if you owned a newer house you wouldn’t experience yourself. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for something reliable and enjoy little to no noise (was originally constructed as condos, but converted to apartments).

This place is a horrible! Most of the good reviews are not from people who actually live there. I lived there about 2 years and I'm speaking from experience. The management is rarely available once you sign your lease. The elevators break constantly and then you have people moving out so you can't get the single one that works! Get used to taking the stairs. Oh, and the speed bumps in the garage are a nightmare and will wreck your car! The only thing decent is the coffee machine but it breaks all the time and they don't restock it on weekends or when there's a holiday. The exterior of the building smells like you're living in a kennel. The people living there are so unfriendly you'll feel like you're living in a zombie movie. Really, most people never look up from their phones. But

Current resident here! Avoid like the plague. They chased off all of their competent staff and now it’s just Denise who manages to always somehow make whatever problem I bring to her worse. Whether it’s an issue with renewing my lease or issues with parking she never seems to know what to do and almost always gives me wrong information. Doesn’t respond or help current tenants in a timely manner. The elevator is forever not working and the garage gates take so long to get fixed, just like any other building issue. I will be leaving and regret renewing my lease here. Would give zero stars if I could.
