Let me start off by saying the apartments themselves are beautiful and well kept however…. The staff and customer service there is horrible. Me and my wife moved in January 2024 and spent a year there and now that our lease has come to an end we tried giving our 30 day notice over the phone in December. (I have phone logs as evidence. Multiple phone calls) no answer consistently now that we wanna leave in January Cindy and denisse have told us it’s our fault they didn’t answer and we should’ve emailed? I have evidence of my wife sending an email in the past with no evidence as well so that’s a lame excuse that would’ve for sure been followed up with something else on their end. I have looked all over for apartments, and let me tell you Cindy helped me so much and wasn’t annoyed answering all my questions. These apartments are spacious, everything is kept super clean and looks very well maintained.

I don’t really leave reviews but just wanted to thank Denisse for helping me out getting an apartment everything went smooth great communication and customer service I highly recommended speaking with her if you need any assistance or have any questions !!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
