It's a nice place. My client lives here. The apartment is small but just the right size for him.

The Apts are nice but basic. But for a place that listed as a senior living complex seems to have been designed without seniors in mind. Seniors use mobility devices. This place has stairs leading to the exit that makes passing with a wheelchair extremely difficult. Thresholds stop wheelchair and walker wheels. Elevator breaks all the time. Parking for the north side Apts is extremely limited with fewer spaces than Apts. Office is sometimes open sometimes not during posted hours. Laundry room is expensive and half the time the machines don't work.

It was an absolute nightmare living in this property. The amenities were never available for residents. Fire alarm would go off once a month causing elevators not to work and there were a lot of elderly people who struggled to evacuate from 2nd and 3rd floor alarm would ring for hours in the middle of the night. The front office is ALWAYS watching every move you make on the cameras. It was very uncomfortable knowing I had zero privacy. There are not enough parking spaces for the amount of residents living in the building. I have contacted the office to pay me back the remaining of my deposit and they will not respond to emails and letters. There are mentally ill elderly residents who would bang on my door in the middle of the night lost and unable to find their apartment. Cops were outside

I really had a great experience. I couldn't recommend them more! Cindy and her staff are very professional and just great people to answer all of my questions.

Staff are very nice, always willing to help. Customer service is phenomenal, gave me full information on their availability and a tour, will definitely be leasing here 🙌🏼
