Avanti at Greenwood

I recently moved into this beautiful and elegant apartment complex. I couldn't be happier! Having previously lived at a complex that is no whereas beautiful and elegant. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service from an awesome management like Christina, she's highly professional attentive and always eager to assist a level of service that is rare to find these days. I would've rated Avanti at Greenwood a 5 ⭐️ if the swimming pool was open and available to use so I will have to give Avanti a 4 ⭐️.

The Avanti at Grèenwood is such an awesome place i love to call my home! This beautiful apartment is near stores, restaurants and a park. The apartment manager Christina S. Is super helpful very friendly and caring of her tenants the in house events they usually host are great. Avanti you get a 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the swimming pool is out of service. Avanti would've received a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if i didnt have to leave my home to go swimming elsewhere.

I am a current tenant. I moved here after new management came in. Currently the apartment manager is, Christina Serrata. I have been so fortunate to have her as our complex Mgr. She has been so professional and helpful during my time here. I've had many landlords and she is by far, the BEST I've ever dealt with. She makes this community feel like family, and has done an excellent job of creating a unified, feel good environment. If you have an opportunity in considering Avanti @Greenwood as your next home, come visit and make this your home. You won't regret it.

Christina and Gary are the BEST! I love it here, I rarely have requests but when I do they always go above and beyond

Christina and Gary....are so amazing...they are very attentive...they respond quickly to things around the apartment area...it's always clean...I love it here.
