My family and I have lived here for two years. When Cynthia was managing the property, she stayed on top of maintenance and communication. However, after she left, things changed significantly. The next manager didn’t seem concerned about ongoing issues. We had multiple leaks that were never properly addressed, even after my husband spoke with her several times. He was always respectful and understanding, but her responses were inconsistent—sometimes helpful, other times dismissive or rude. Our dishwasher has also been broken for a long time and was never replaced, even though other units in the complex received new ones. When Cynthia was managing this place, things ran smoothly and people were treated with basic respect. She was attentive, responsive, and actually cared about the tenants. If something broke, it was handled — no drama, no delays. Then she left, and they replaced her with the most petty, power-drunk person imaginable. I don’t know her name, and I genuinely don’t care to learn it. All she does is make life hell for everyone here. Park in reverse? Towed. Sit in your car for five minutes without a pass? Towed. She patrols the parking lot like it’s a war zone and she’s the self-appointed sheriff. It’s obsessive. Meanwhile, the real problems — like the fact that my master bedroom floods every time it rains — are completely ignored. I’ve reported it over and over for months and they’ve done absolu

Sooooo I had nothing but nice things to say about living here but that changed ever since Cynthia left. The new management is a joke, and don’t care of their tenants. I’d like to believe I’m a good tenant since I always pay my rent on time and follow apartment complex rules. Pool was recently closed due to people swimming after hours yet they punish ALL of their tenants? How is that fair for us people that do follow rules! Like don’t they have cámaras or are they just there for decoration?! So shame of you Avanti you need to do better for us!!

I love living there. Manager is awesome Very helpful, resourceful and caring. Neighbors are friendly. I love that we have a 24 hour Fitness center. I recommend anyone to live there .
