Avant at Huntington

Avant at Huntington is located on the Newport News/York County border and is an up and coming beautiful community! From the first interactions with Lisa (Community Manager), I knew it was going to be a great place. Lisa was attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. If she doesn't know something, she will find out. Shes a great communicator! The property is still under construction, but what is done, looks great! The grounds are coming together piece by piece and I'm excited to be part of it. Plus, many amenities and a huge dog park! If you're looking for an apartment, check out Avant! Its set back, in a nice community and accessible to many local things. You won't regret it!

This is by far THE NICEST apartment we have viewed in Virginia. Thanks to the best human ever Joshua, we now will be moving in December to one of the beautiful units. This community is so warm and welcoming and all we were looking for and more after living overseas for 5 years. Joshua has been so helpful and accommodating to help us get the move in date we wanted and calling me anytime there’s an update and we are so thankful with how helpful he has been answering our million questions. Please give Joshua a raise like asap…. like yesterday!!!

Lisa Marie is the absolute best proper manager....She has helped make our recent move to enjoyable and positive. She always has a smile on her voice and is extremely helpful....friendly, professional, and uplifting. Julie who handles maintenance is also awesome and reacts to opened work orders so quickly and friendly. This is a great area and we feel very safe. We have met so many nice people already.
