My husband and I lived at Avalon West for about 4 years, and we have nothing but the best things to say about our time there. The community is truly one of a kind in El Paso, and that is due to the staff that makes it feel like home. Lorena's attention to detail while cleaning the amenities made our time there feel like a luxurious resort. Joe and Raul completed all of our work orders in a timely manner and kept a welcoming curb appeal each day. The ladies in the office, Heather, Celina, and Ilse, have the best customer service I have ever seen. Always ready to help from the moment you walk in for a tour, to move-in day, and making sure everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. Our two puppies loved getting treats from the office and enjoyed our evening walks while watching the sunsets. W

amazing professional staff. Maintenance crew was always on point. One of the best gyms I've ever seen. When choosing location of apartment pay attention to when the sun hits it. During the summer times, i had a hard time keeping my apt cool. I give Maintenance all the credit they tried to fix it but because the sun beat down on the apt. exterior my AC ran longer than it should, increasing my electric bill which was out of the norm for a small 1bedroom apt. The apartments are well maintained and quiet. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I lived at Avalon West for four years in grad school and really enjoyed my experience. I felt safe walking around at night as a single woman living alone. Location is great, right next to the highway and also super close to Walmart, Whole Foods, and restaurants. Leasing office staff were always extremely kind and helpful, they were easy to get a hold of with any questions. The apartments are spacious and nice and I loved walking my dog around the complex. Maintenance is friendly and fast, all my minor problems were solved same day. The amenities are nice and well maintained including the lounge (with coffee!), gym, pool, and grassy areas. The gates did break every once in a while and the apartment walls are thin so I always heard my neighbors dog barking. I’m also a little sad they got rid

The staff was consistently welcoming and responsive to any concerns I had, which made things feel easy and stress-free. I had to terminate my lease early due to personal reasons, and they walked me through the process very smoothly with no surprises or hidden fees — I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism. The community was peaceful, with respectful neighbors including quiet college students and elderly residents. The greenery around the property was also well kept, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a very positive and comfortable place to live.
