Avalon Santa Monica on Main

They recently moved to a full digital / AI model where they have no main office for residents to stop in and ask a general question. No direct phone number to contact the team incase of an emergency. But overall, really great staff and the building and location is beautiful. Maintenance is top notch. Rodrigo is amazing and quick to respond to any open request. Very respectful and genuine on anything you need. I would suggest to anyone looking for the Santa Monica living experience.

We met with Amine El Alaoui at Avalon who was absolutely wonderful! He was super knowledgeable about the property and was extremely patient with us. He kindly went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we were comfortable with everything we needed. He truly made my life so much easier!

Rodrigo, who heads the maintenance team, and a specialist Almilca assessed my broken laundry machine, decided it needed to be replaced, offered another unit to use meanwhile, and fully replaced my laundry machine within three days! They are so fast and amazingly friendly as well. I am so glad to have them on the team, they are a seriously valuable asset and the maintenance team is a huge plus of living here!

I love living at Avalon. Very clean. Nice place to live great location. Class A apartment with rooftop pool, gym, lounge, gated parking. Rodrigo and maintenance is the best! On time, same day response, next day service. Amine in the leasing office, found me a great apartment.

Great location, office are responsive in the Residents app. Maintenance is great and helpful. Rodrigo & Edwin in particular have been very responsive, even on weekends and proactively checking in when there was heavy rain. I also appreciate that they always wear shoe coverings when they come. Thank you!
