Jonathon was amazing to work with. I was in a different state at the time of purchase but he made the process seamless and provided me with all information. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the home buying experience very easy and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond since I couldn't be here in person and made me feel confident in my decision to purchase. The sale, building, and closing went very smoothly. We purchased our Stanley Martin home and moved in at the end of May, and after two months here, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From start to finish, Jon Smith was an outstanding Sales Manager to work with. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly informative (always available to answer our questions, even on weekends). SM kept the $12,250 deposit and refused to give it back because my daughter who I co-signed the loan for did not qualify for the loan using their preferred lender tied to the house price. SM website proudly advertise “We Do the Right Thing Act with the highest standards of integrity, every day” which is completely false. SM has the lowest level of integrity.

Update: these townhomes do not have any windows in the front. So that is a deal breaker for me. 😞

This community is gorgeous. Tavares is definitely off the beaten path, but Stanley Martin has some upgrades on their standard housing and the pricing is still incredibly reasonable. Love this place and the plans for the future that they intend to add shopping and retail
