Avalon Mooresville

Transferred to the Avalon from an Avalon out of state for work. By far the WORST place I’ve ever lived. Lived here in 2024 last year, I had to wait until I was in a better headspace after living here to write SOME of the horrible things I experienced. I’ve lived in apartments in a big city, the country, etc and I’ve never had horrible experiences until this one. The first thing I dealt with in building 2000, daily cigarette-smoke and haze in a NON SMOKING community. Was told they looked into it and could only take action if I could provide a photo even tho the vents clearly pointed to who it was. I had multiple ER visits, due to being allergic to smoke and dealt with so much stress with other issues it caused nerve damage that took a year to heal. I was transferred to building 4000 which

Great place to live quiet, clean, and truly welcoming. The community stays well‑kept, and the location makes everyday life easy with quick access to restaurants, grocery stores, museums, and more. The staff is another huge plus from Ashley and Cathy in the office to Keith and Josiah on the maintenance side, this team is consistently helpful and quick to resolve any issues. I would confidently recommend Avalon Mooresville to anyone new to the area looking for a comfortable, reliable place to call home.

Love love love living here! Super clean, pretty quiet, and leasing/maintenance crew is so quick and responsive. I’ve had some issues with my breaker and lights and they came to fix it same day. Josiah and Keith are super nice and personable and are happy to help fix anything and spent a couple hours one time making sure my door would close and latch as smooth as possible. Couldn’t ask for a better team! Also shout out to Kathy and Ashley, always so quick to help out with any issue I’m having!

I’ve lived at this community for four years now and there’s a reason I’ve stayed so long. The staff here is genuinely amazing. Josiah and Keith in maintenance always go above and beyond and they’re quick, friendly and really know what they’re doing. Ashley and Catherine in the front office have been just as wonderful and always make things easy whenever I need help. This whole place has felt like home from the start and the people here are a huge part of why. Definitely a five star experience! :)

Been living here for over 5 months now and have definitely been enjoying my stay! Maintenance has always been super helpful and reliable whenever I put in a request. HUGE shout out to Josiah! All the tasks he has completed for me came with efficient execution and excellent communication!
