They are very attentive with the tenants and always willing to help in a timely manner. They regularly organize small activities and thoughtful treats to show appreciation for residents. Earlier this year, we experienced an issue that could have turned into a serious situation, but the administration handled it quickly and effectively. Because of their prompt response and professionalism, I feel very safe living in this apartment complex.

Bianka in the office is the best! She helped me through the entire process of living here. First, when touring the property, then during the application and moving in process to now my moving out process every step of the way. She is very kind and helpful. She very much cares for the residents. She answered every single question and listened to every concern I had. When I unfortunately had some personal hardships come up some months back, she listened and reassured me and helped me come to a great solution. She and the rest of the staff (maintenance as well) are there for you and in a timely manner too. If I ever needed the office or maintenance staff, they would answer the same day if not the next business day if I requested after hours. They even give out free treats for the residents in

Moved into this wonderful community 8 months ago, and I have no complaints :) I absolutely appreciate the customer service with a smile provided by Bianca, Justin, Eddie, and the rest of the phenomenal staff! Bianca you hands down are wonderful!!! Been here for about 6 months, and have been outstandingly pleased. I have nothing but nice things to say about the Community staff and the Maintenance staff. Bianka and Justin were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the leasing process, and continue to be so. Eri and Isaiah are quick, professional, and responsive with all our maintenance requests. Of course as with all complexes, there are some inconveniences. For example, I've never been a huge proponent of the valet trash service, single-bundle internet service, or the reliance of digital locks on every door. However, for all other actionable concerns, the Community staff does a great job addressing them swiftly and adequately. I want to commend Justin and Bianka for their exceptional hard work. Whenever I go to the office they are always so kind and helpful. Whether it’s answering questions, or just greeting residents with a smile, they consistently make the place feel welcoming. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude.
