Avalon Bellevue

I don't live here but at another Avalon building nearby. There is a family of Avalons but we had Marlon (who is part of the maintenance crew from this Avalon) today and he helped us unclog the toilet! We have been at it for hours but he just came and cleared it out in less than five minutes! Such a gentleman! I was so moved by his service that I needed to comment on it! Thank you so much Marlon!!! You are amazing!

Unfortunately very disappointed with how office management handled a situation that recently happened. I have multiple friends staying at this apartment building and all agree that Jennifer has been very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and enjoys talking down on people. For mistakes not done by tenants when it comes to figuring out call box issues, parking difficulties, and wrong leasing details. Jennifer is adamant to blame the tenant rather than her own wrong doing when placing information on the lease and system incorrectly. She would fuss and act like it isn’t her job to help fix these mistakes when it’s entirely her job to do so. She’s the only one with access! Jennifer entirely owes myself and many others apologies! A little on the pricey side, but what isn’t these days. Easy parking. Extremely convenient to the freeway, shopping, and restaurants- a lot within walking distance. Jennifer, the manager, is friendly and helpful. The maintenance fellas, Ron and Juan, are also super friendly. They have gotten to my few issues very quickly and have repaired them competently. Overall, an awesome place to live.

Garbage everywhere, they refuse to hire maintenance person to pick up used mattresses and garbage all over sidewalks. They say the CANT AFFORD to!! They are a multi million dollar corporation with residential and commercial property all over US. Disgusting people and expensive to top it off. Don’t live here you’ll regret it!

2025 Wonderful experience as always @ Avalon Bellevue Apartment. Marlon was amazing! He was super fast, extremely helpful, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. From what we’ve seen, he has a tremendous amount of experience and approaches every task like a true expert. I have yet to see him be unable to solve a problem or figure something out. His skill set is very impressive, and we genuinely appreciate all the effort he puts into his work.
