Avalon at Seven Hills

We’ve had such a great experience at Avalon at Seven Hills! The team has been amazing to work with from start to finish. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed anything clarified.

I’ve enjoyed myself immensely since moving into this neighborhood. The maintenance team was swapped out, so the new team is MUCH better and more responsive than the prior one. My general problems are heard and tended to within the means of the office. The HOA is responsive and attentive, too.

Such a warm and welcoming community! Bentley was incredibly helpful, nice and professional. Maintenance is definitely on top of things and the condo is beautiful! This leasing experience has been by far one of the best for me!
