Avalon at Chase Oaks Apartments

Proper 60-day notice given. Moved out 11/25/25. Still no deposit as of 1/3/26. Apartment was left pristine and move-in ready. I paid $800 in pet deposits, yet management claims it was “not properly registered” and is now attempting to return only ONE of my two dog deposits. In addition, I was charged above my lease rent, charged renewal pet fees despite NO renewal, and my written notice to vacate was ignored. Multiple written promises to repay, zero action. I have initiated legal proceedings and have full documentation to support every charge and communication. I’ve lived here awhile now and over the last 6 months or so you can tell changes have been made with the new team. They genuinely seem to care and are clearly working hard to turn things around. Not everything happens overnight but you can see effort being made and progress happening little by little. Change takes time but it’s obvious they care about their residents and the property. They are trying and that makes a big difference to me.

I first moved into Avalon in 2018 and finally got out of my 360 deal November 2025-Avalon has been through a whole lot of complex mess it went from a luxury apartment to an income restricted apartment. It has changed Owners changed managers and staff numerous times if you are OK with very slow responsive maintenance requests if you’re OK with not having an updated unit and things falling apart and if you’re OK with miscellaneous charges and fees that don’t make any sense then Avalon will be great for you if you have higher standards then Avalon will not be a great place for you! The apt Location is great but the management and maintenance of the units are not so great. The units once were beautiful. The high vaulted ceilings are amazing but with high vaulted ceilings and the type of units

Avalon at ChaseOaks Management has been exceptionally helpful and friendly!!! Starting from the Manager to the Leasing agents not to exclude the maintenance. These are the Great teams: Jerri Dunham, Jamari Wiseman, Druanne Wood, and Cadence Comeaux. They are actually making it a wonderful, peaceful place to live. I enjoy them.

My experience living here has been very good. Jamari W. and the management team were always friendly and attentive, and whenever I requested support or needed something fixed, they helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently. I felt heard and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend it.
