I stayed in this apartment for almost 2 years and never had any issues. Apartment looks like exposed to a street but still it is a secure place nothing wired i saw during my stay and no disturbance at all. Maintenance people are very good they fixed any problem very quick and within a day they are very professionals and are skilled in their work. This apartment is the worth the money. A big thumps up for the staff for keeping clean inside the community.

Agreeing with Darth Vader, DO NOT RENT HERE. I used to live in apartment 711 and let me tell you…. IT WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. When I first moved in they painted everything lovely; then came all the issues. ❌My ac would constantly have problems. They’d claim to fix it but never would. ⚠️Then there was the HUGE infestation of German roaches that would constantly plague my kitchen, coming out of the outlets and even through the vents. They’d claim that they’d do pest control BUT every-time they would come in (which was like maybe once) I saw little to no change. ❌Then came the sudden bedbugs (which btw I never could have brought in since all my furniture was newly bought) that starting popping up; when I confronted them about it they basically said they could cover only one

I lived here for two years, and it was a nightmare. I had to change my name because they blocked me from posting and my review wouldn’t show up!! They are paying to take down the bad reviews!! There’s constant crime and gun violence. Frequent car break-ins, Conroe PD in the complex all the time. The apartments are old, outdated, moldy, and full of bugs. Maintenance staff are lazy and rude—they only do quick, temporary fixes instead of properly repairing anything. There’s also a lot of drug activity, including people openly smoking weed and throwing parties in the breezeway. I have a video of leasing office sayin, if didn’t take down my review I had 30 days to get out. They made me delete that review unlawfully that day or be unlawfully evicted. Lived here for 5 years. Very nice little community! The office is always helpful. Maintenance comes quickly. The pool is always clean. Virginia and Sandra in the office are the actual best! They’re on top of things and willing to help. Greg and Sherman are so quick to resolve any maintenance issue! Everyone has been such a big help. Going to miss this place!

I love this complex! The team here is friendly and supportive. Ms. Sandra is a wonderful person who genuinely cares for her residents. They made my move here so smooth, and I have now lived here for a year without any complaints. The complex is consistently clean, and the maintenance team is fast and attentive. Additional five stars to Mr. Gregg, an excellent gentleman who truly cares about the residents. I remember a time when I had an issue with the electricity in my apartment. He worked tirelessly until the problem was completely resolved. He went out of his way to leave the stove running, some lamps on, and even a portable AC unit for my comfort. Remarkably, he made sure that everything was done in less than 24 hours, despite needing the intervention of an Entergy technician, permits
