Do not let these maintenance men into your home if you can’t be there. They have no regard for how they leave your apartment once finished servicing a maintenance request. Two nights ago I got a notification from my camera the maintenance tech in the red was entering my apartment when I wasn’t home. There had been no phone call or email expressing why they’d be entering my home. I called to him on the camera and he mentioned there had been a leak so he needed to service my unit. He also mentioned needing to come back the next day. The following morning one of the techs in the green came to my unit for the work they couldn’t finish the night prior. Awful leasing/property management staff who are never in the office, plus never answers the phone. Didn't give me my security deposit back and I left the apartment in pristine condition. It's been 5 months since I moved out. Also, they harassed me for paying overdue utility fees with an applied/posted date AFTER my lease ended (for 3-4 months despite me sending proof of my lease end date). I refused to pay because why would I pay a utility fee (not to be confused with BGE, but the utility fee they wrap into the rent) that's for a month after my lease end date? It's like they forgot or didn't have a record of when my lease was over even though I dropped off the keys and did my move out check list items well before the lease end date. Kate goes above and beyond for the residents here, including doing an expedited transfer for us to switch units due to a safety concern. She even waived $3k+ of fees, and was communicative throughout the whole process. She is very proactive about issues on the property, especially safety concerns.

Kate or Katherine was incredibly rude. She hung up on me because she refused to acknowledge that their system was flawed and had added fees to residents’ accounts. I explained to her that she this management is terrible for not taking two minutes to communicate with their residents about the issue and that they might receive these charges on the portal. They didn’t answer the phone, didn’t respond to emails, and I had to camp out in front to wait for someone to come out. This place is terrible and not worth it at all.

when i 1st moved here i loved this place (3yrs ago) since then new owners and prop managers. Been trying to help my moms get an apartment for the last few months. They are the worst to deal with, never answer the phone or get back to you. Slow to respond to emails i means weeks later. They are almost impossible to communicate with....
