I had a wonderful experience applying at Atún Lakes Apartments. KJ, Cyzz, and Kiana were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process they were friendly, patient, and always quick to answer my questions. They made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for more than just a place to live, but a home where you feel valued an important, I would highly recommend autumn Lake Apartments in Newport News. I went there already very discouraged because as we all know, looking for a place to live is not easy I was ready to be turned away, but little did I know the staff especially Kenya and Cyzz as well as tremy! we're not only persistent, but their empathy and compassion and most importantly, their patience to work hard on moving me into that apartment on the same day and even staying later when they did not have to l will be forever grateful this is not just a community they make it family also, the maintenance team is amazing! Very good community for family’s. It has an amazing program for move in deposit assistance if approved. Also works with an app called flex for split payments on rent. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Maintenance is wonderful too.

Chris Keck is a wonderful addition to the property. He is kind, understanding, and considerate. Takes great interest and care of the tenants. Been here 24 years and he is the best property manager I've came across

Love my apartment. I've been her for the past 2 years, maintenance has been good and apartment is a nice size. I recommend moving here. It's good value for the rent.
