Autumn Grove

Since the new property team took over Autumn Grove, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both cleanliness and overall appearance throughout the community. The grounds are better maintained, common areas are consistently clean, and the team is responsive and professional. As a long-term renter, it truly makes me sad to leave a place that has felt like home for so long. I’ve had a great experience living here, and I would genuinely recommend Autumn Grove to anyone looking for a well-kept, welcoming community.

I lived in this apartment complex for two years, and I have only the most wonderful memories from this place. The management team is truly amazing - they genuinely care about residents and do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. If something ever breaks or needs attention, it’s always handled quickly and professionally. The apartments have everything you need for comfortable living. And the absolute favorite part for my husband was the air conditioning with both heating and cooling 😅 We searched for a long time for apartments with proper AC and couldn’t find anything comparable - this was one of the very few places that had it, and it made a huge difference! Moving into Autumn Grove has been an absolute dream. From the moment I first inquired about a unit to the day I moved in, the process was seamless, and that’s all thanks to the property manager, Marie. She is truly one of a kind- always friendly, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making this community a wonderful place to live. Any question I’ve had has been answered promptly and with a smile. The amenities here also top- notch. The gym and pool are always clean and well maintained. I’m so happy I chose to live here and can’t recommend this community highly enough.

The apartments here are gorgeous and the people are friendly. I never hear any of my neighbors through the walls and the rest of the area is also very quiet. Management has done a fantastic job with the landscape and overall upkeep of the facility. I am happy I chose to live here and plan to stay for a very long time.

Update: today is 8/20/2025, I moved out on 8/31/2025. They subtracted most of my security deposit for so called “damages”. It is still impossible to get whatever is left. If you sign lease with them, say goodbye to your security deposit. Awful experience Terrible management. Lived there for 3 years. Never received security deposit back. Inquired 5+ times. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone, but when you do, they have no answers. Do not recommend unless you need more stress
