Autumn Crest Apartments

I am a recent resident of Autumn Crest and my experience from the beginning has been amazing. Ms. Pat is who I applied with and the process was seamless. She was always available if I needed assistance with the application process to include renters insurance and switching utility services. Jonathan is another employee I had the pleasure of meeting. He assisted with the move-in process. The staff is amazing and very attentive to my needs. My experience with maintenance has been exactly the same. I have not had one bad experience. They are prompt and solution driven which I can appreciate. Overall amazing experience and I love it here. So if you are looking for cleanliness, comfort, and peace- this is the place for you. I can't talk for others so this is my personal experience. I had rodent issues on the kitchen and birds on the outside ducts, and both issues never got solved. The apartment would only get 10-15 degrees in difference with the outside temp and they even said that on one of the communication notes. Meaning, if outside is 100 then the inside will be 90 or 85 if you are lucky. Winter wasn't as bad but on summer the hvac was on 24/7 for about 2-3 months with a few breaks at night. That's without taking into consideration the thin walls and the old hvac being next to the bedroom. I don't know if Jonathan still works there but I never found him useful and often got defensive when asked for stuff or issues with the apartment. I have lived here for seven years and my experience has been phenomenal. This is because Kathy the property manager, the leasing office staff, and maintenance team are next level when it comes to tenant relations and management of the property. I have been treated fairly, respectfully, and with compassion through many of my personal life changes. The staff is prompt when responding to any concerns and follow up for feedback. The area is quiet and I have always felt safe. Thank you Autumn Crest for making this home. Special thank you to Kathy. Many blessings to all of you.

We had some issues with our toilet when we moved in, they tried fixing it a few times but they were not successful, I stopped by on Monday and discussed the issues and they agreed to replace it, they actually did it the next day!! This management team is the best, we have been in a few apartments over the last few years and they are the best!!

Scheduled a tour at this property, as it looked promising. My appointment time was moved without notice, and I was then forced to cancel my tour. My tour was scheduled for 2/21, and I am just not receiving an email on 2/23 asking to reschedule. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be rescheduling here.
