Autumn Chase Apartments

I wanted to take a moment to thank Nick from the leasing office. From the start, Nick has made us feel so at ease. If we ever felt worried, he was always there to help turn things around. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to make it through this without him and his genuine care and willingness to listen and help. Moving from another state and not knowing anyone was already tough enough, and finding a place to live was even harder. Nick went above and beyond to address my concerns and continues to show that even after. You’re a gem, Nick! Keep up the great work, and thank you for everything. I truly appreciate you making us feel better and reassuring us that everything would be okay when we had an already stressful situation, then moving so far from home. They’re lucky to have you here.

We really enjoy living here. The community is pretty quiet and relaxed, with a bunch of trees and squirrels. Maintenance is responsive and cares about resolving issues (shoutout to Jesse!) Nick in the office is also very helpful and kind.

I feel very safe here, knowing that the amazing staff put their lives on the line daily, making sure me and my children are protected from receiving free food. They even made sure to remove the food that was already on the premises. Someone even had the audacity to try having a conservation with me! Yes, with ME! Interrupting my precious ME time? Ugh. Thankfully our soft handed security staff made sure I could get back to what matters after shooing them off.

I have serious safety concerns regarding the navigation of this property: 1. The unit numbering scheme is non-standard and confusing. 2. The building placards are inadequate. While there is a placard on each building showing the unit range, it is posted in an obscure spot that is typically not easily visible from the road. Furthermore, this placard provides no direction for which floor and which side of the building specific apartments are located on. 3. The individual unit numbers are poorly placed. The numbers on the units themselves face inwards, making it difficult to identify a specific unit without getting up close. 4. The property map only shows building letters, not unit locations or floor numbers. These factors make it incredibly difficult for delivery drivers and, more criti

We moved in 10/13/25. Our application process took some time, but the management company here went above and beyond to help us and get us approved! So far, all of our questions have been answered and we truly feel like they want us to feel at home. Nick, specifically, has been really awesome and Dina seems super friendly. I love the security available throughout the night and the amenities seem absolutely amazing. We did have a few issues that needed to be addressed by maintenance upon move-in, and they were taken care of very quickly. The maintenance person who came to perform repairs was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. So far, we're incredibly happy with our choice to move here and I couldn't be happier. :)
