Auto Title of Louisiana LLC

I really wanted to give 5 🌟, because my first visit was great. I lost my wallet. I lost my driver's license and my debit cards. I went back to get a duplicate driver's license using my LA Wallet as identification. The problem we had... No debit cards means I needed to use 'tap to pay' with my phone and they aren't set up for that. If you're in a similar situation and don't have cash, don't go here. If you need an auto title transfer, then I highly recommend!

I would not even give them a star but it is the only way to give a comment. So this place was awful. 3 people working and waited 30 minutes. Then the person that waited on us was so rude. I know a hater when I see one. Shetold us at first that she could not help us. Until she realized I new how the process of a transfer worked. At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere. I will not recommend this buisness!

Great service! Had plenty of seating but didn’t need it since we were helped right away. Both employees were very friendly and helpful.

Been coming here for years.. Steve and Toni and every single person I see when I'm there are always kind, professional and incredibly good at what they do. Brought my wife to swap her registration to LA and they were so thorough and quick. Will be coming here forever. Love em.
