After touring several apartment communities and walking away disappointed, we decided to look at one more which was "AUSTIN WOODS"! They amenities were clean and the apartment was very spacious.The staff were very personable and very accommodating! What a fantastic experience! Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the process moving to the Richmond at Austin Woods. I was placed on a waiting list but was immediately informed when an apartment was available. I was led by Francis at the beginning and she kept things very realistic as to how some people may not move out until later. Then Assistant Manager Jessica stepped in to handle my application. Francis completed the process and I eventually got all my necessary items. If you follow their deadlines and guidelines set forth, it’s a smooth transition. Trust.

I am new resident here at Austin Woods. This community and especially the office staff is exceptional. I love the professionalism and the welcoming feeling I received throughout my whole application and move-in process. The ladies in front office, especially Francis treated me extremely well and was very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to a great living experience here.
