Austin title is organized and experienced they've been closing since the fifties and I've been closing with them since the 70s. I have never had a problem closing at Austin title. The best part is that they have the people skills to make my clients feel comfortable.

We used Austin Title for closing our home in Bastrop. They were very communicative during the process and the house closed as plan. However, we were surprised when we reached out to them for notary services to close our home in Seattle that they refused service due to covid. I'm surprised simple steps like space (social distancing), proper sanitization and masks aren't an option. And as a prior customer, I thought that return business was welcome. We plan to purchase additional land soon and won't be returning to Austin Title since they were unwilling to assist us when we needed help. Disappointed.
