Austin Park Apartments

I reside at 10709. My partner and I have been here going on 4 weeks. Based on reading her review she is 100% accurate. Our family has not experienced a peace of mind living here. We have continuous proof of visual videos that we have emailed to the office. We also have more videos that haven’t been emailed to the office. We also have paperwork from police officers. We will continue to capture any proof necessary based on the reply that she has now received stating that she is basically not telling the truth and harassing. Lying and harassing is not in our beliefs. We are happy to provide the proof to anyone that’s in need. The office manager told her that she would give her a callback no later than Tuesday. That did not happen. We have taking the steps necessary to not escalate the ongoing

I live in building 10709 and I have been here for roughly 3 weeks. I have not had 1 day of peaceful resting or even a peaceful moment since moving in. I have a toddler who has not been able to stay on schedule with bedtime or nap time due to the continuous thumbing, jumping, running, & screaming above us. I have politely asked the neighbors to please be considerate and was told that the kids are playing which it was almost midnight. To avoid escalation I decided to contact police. Police has came out twice and has spoken to her & advised that I have not been the only complaint however they advised me that is the only thing they could do & the rest would be up to the office. Beautiful and extra spacious apartments. The only complaint I have is that I have to buy a stackable washer and dryer - they're expensive. I couldn't ask for a better 1 bedroom appointment. It's the biggest one bedroom apartment I've ever seen. Roomy, bright, airy and spacious. Beautiful lighting fixtures, including a chandelier in the dining area. The bathroom is huge and the walk-in closet is a big bonus!

I've lived here for about 3 years now, and I can honestly say when I first moved in the previous mangers of the property were absolutely awful, rude, and didn't care about the property or the people that lived here..last year new mangers took over. There has been a complete change. They are amazing, nice and willing to listen and help with anything to make living here a happy experience.I want to give all the praise to you guys, yall are doing an amazing job and deserve to hear it.Thank you so much for making austin park a better place.

I’ve been a resident at Austin Park for about 3 years. In that time maintence has stolen my personal info off of a work order found me on social medial and began stalking me and letting themselves in my unit leaving me notes and phone numbers. Managements solution to this was to charge me $100 for requesting my locks changed!!! Maintenance also came in to change filters and check for leaks the pic below is the mess they left for me when they were done. A dumpster is directly across from my until. Sloppy and very unprofessional. This mess is currently still there as I type this review.
