Absolutely perfect location. It overlooks the river, and I've never seen a more quaint, perfect Indiana town. The management team and maintenance guys truly go above and beyond and genuinely care about the residents too. Highly recommend!
My toilet has been messed up for going on a month, there’s mold that they refuse to take care of, they mark maintenance orders complete when they are not, the flooring feels like it’s going to give in in some spots and now there are roaches in the building. Several of my neighbors have been complaining about the same issues. Nothing gets fixed here and there’s a lot wrong.
