DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️‼️ First this will be my second unit with this apartment and last unit this place is absolutely disgusting and terrible my first unit nothing but issues, bugs,mold,holes and maintenance issues , the maintenance guy is terrible he came into my unit making issue calling me slurs and screaming profanity towards me, spitting towards my door and the only reason he is still here because his gf is working in the office. I jus moved into a new unit and they promised me a clean unit where I can shower live and take care of what I need and I can’t do any of that this place will cheap out on everything go somewhere that cares for there people I moved into a new unit that has mold holes in the wall the shower they painted over with wall paint the lights are broken the wood floor is c

Absolutely unacceptable living conditions. I have been without heat for weeks during cold winter weather, and management believes a small portable space heater is an acceptable substitute. It is not. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests and sent repeated emails to the leasing office with no response. My washer has also been unusable for weeks, leaving me unable to wash clothes in my own apartment. I have also called and emailed management without receiving any reply. When I first moved in, I emailed the leasing office regarding my sister’s car being broken into during the first week, and the leasing representative who assisted with my move-in never responded. I have been a "renter" for over 20 years now, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had as a whole! Management cares about your money... but beyond that, they simply can't be bothered. In addition to your base rent, you're forced to pay all these fees that you can't opt out of. The trash services - 2 separate fees - 1 for people who are supposed to come 5 days a week to get the trash from your door. They come when they feel like it. They don't stick to the time frame the complex says they will. If you live on the top floor, sometimes they just choose not to go that far. If you try to report it to the complex (who is forcing the fees), they say to contact the trash company. Aurella Cary management has been very warm, welcoming and friendly. Our Outreach group at Covenant Life held a pre-thanksgiving outreach event in November provide warm meals and share the gospel of Jesus with our Cary neighbours. The management team at Aurella were incredibly welcoming by allowing us to host the event in their community resource room. They were helped to advertise the event to their residents, and provided tables and chairs for our group to use. The morning of the event, the assistant manager came out early before the leasing office opened to clean the event space and chairs for us and put out the tables and chairs. We were very excited and grateful to have such a wonderful management team to help us with our event and be supportive. They were very respectful and polite, a

Awful at handling emergencies. My apartment recently flooded for the THIRD time with sewage during the recent ice storm. I did not hear from anybody at the leasing office for two days. Maintenance never came in my apartment at any point even though they were aware of the issue. I was offered absolutely no reimbursement for the accommodations that I had to pay for out of my own pocket because I had no bathroom. I requested lease termination and had to hunt down the regional manager for over a week only to be told, I would still be held liable for rent for February and March even though my carpets are covered in sewage and no mention has been made about replacing my carpets. I have a dehumidifier in my apartment that by the time it’s removed, it will have been two weeks because the baseboard
