Auraria Lofts

I have lived at the lofts for about 5 months and have had a very positive experience. All of the elevators work, and the apartments are in good condition. All of the employees, specifically Max, have made my stay extremely easy-going and welcoming!

Beware! Absolutely ill Managed and shoddy operation .:.they do not return deposit refunds despite umpteenth numbers of email reminders. Zero costumer service, phone calls not returned. Our student had a terrible experience when he chose to rent the apartments while interning in Denver. After multiple emails they will send one email promising to send the check or look into the issue and then complete silence!

Big shout out to Penny, Wes, Bryan and Max for making this a great place to live. As well major big up’s for helping me renew my lease

I have been living here for quite a while and initially my experience was good. However over the past couple months, the internet has been terrible. We are being told to use the guest wifi which does not work great at all. There are times I cannot even access simple sites like youtube or send out important emails. I asked a couple of my next door neighbours if they are having the same issues and they are also very upset regarding the wifi situation. I am a student so wifi is extremely important for me to be able to do my assignments. I have to go out of my way to wake up early at 8 AM and travel to use wifi elsewhere. This needs to be fixed, especially if we are paying for it to be included, and I know I am not the only person who is distressed with this.

We toured for my son, but didn't end up submitting an application because: * Located on floors 17-28 and the someone was joking about how we'd see if the elevators were working "this time"; * You have to go to the bottom in the elevators, then physically walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to any amenities; * Parking is $270/mo; * The pool is a "tanning pool" that's under 2' deep; * Coffee "amenity" was 15 Keurigs a month; * In much worse physical condition than similarly priced student housing a few blocks away, like visibly broken things and trash on the floors, even though they only let us go to the for-show floor; * I could hear the dated electricity or lights buzzing in the hall; * Bragged about a "big renovation" where they spent $30-40k to redo some furniture and drywall, like, that
