Aura Creekside Apartments

Over the last year of living here, I have not had one bad experience. This property is well maintained daily and the leasing staff are all pleasant to work with and professional. Shoutout to Tristan, Marley, Sophie, Leslie & Armando for all the hard-work. Maintenance requests are typically handled same day or within 24hrs and if you’re someone like me who have a strict no shoe policy, the team is very accommodating with this. Expect at least 1-3 resident events each month, and these are always really fun. Sad to be leaving, but glad to have met such amazing people. It’s not often that you find a well built and clean property with friendly leasing and maintenance team members. Location is close to the highway, and midway to Dawsonville which has the outlet mall. I have lived here since the complex opened and I have had a great experience. The few maintenance orders I have had to put in have been resolved quickly. I had to have my dryer replaced and Leslie and Raphael were quick to get a new one installed for me. There were parking issues in the beginning, but they have opened new spots which has helped with this.

The entire property is clean, well-maintained, and has a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Everything from the grounds to the common areas is always in great condition, which really makes it feel like home. I especially want to highlight Sophie, who is absolutely outstanding. She is professional, friendly, and always eager to help with any need that comes up. She consistently goes above and beyond! I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept community with exceptional staff.

Having lived here less than six weeks, there are many details, activities, and amenities I cannot yet address. But I'm moved to say that everyone I have met or dealt with has been accommodating and friendly. In my one need for assistance by the Maintenance crew, they were considerate, friendly, and skilled - and they persisted until the job was done to *their* satisfaction, which was more rigorous than my own. I believe I'm living in a great place to call Home.

I have just moved to US so this is my first experience with apartments here. Had pleasure working with Marley, she gave a tour, explained everything in details and helped me setup everything i needed. Apartment itself is brand new so naturally there can be no complaints, i love this huge fridge and overall kitchen is just top-notch. Then emergency happened, a leak in the ceiling (in my closet) at around 8:30pm, i called emergency line and in less than an hour Lesley (the maintenance guy) arrived, found the problem, cut the water off and scheduled plumber. Next day by noon the pipe was replaced and a couple days more - the damaged part of the ceiling was also replaced. (Delay only due to need of de-humidifying the closet).
