Taysha with the South Fargo office is very friendly, upbeat, and professional. She was very thorough during my move-in inspection, and even initiated work orders on my behalf! There was a mishap with my unit and mail keys, but she was very quick to get me situated within a business day. Additionally, James was fantastic answering any questions I had and touring the buildings with me. Smart, young, upbeat and friendly professional leasing agent as well! The service at the South Fargo office is a night and day difference compared to the West Fargo office. Staff are friendly and attentive and actually care about the residents, which is refreshing. When we first moved into these apartments, the older building in 2019 they were pretty nice for the price. They quickly went downhill. Garbage everywhere in the parking garage. There's not enough dumpsters for both buildings so trash is overflowing. Pet owners don't pick up waste. My daughter who still lives here has had her car broken into while IN the underground parking two times. Once on Christmas Eve and all her gifts were stolen. I have seen roaches on the wall on the first floor. If you can, spend a little more to rent elsewhere.

Horrible service from the rental agent. They kept canceling my time to view the apartment and pushing it further and further out. Immediate red flag
