I recently bought a home from Chamar Johnson of View Homes in New Braunfels, and it was a very pleasant experience. He made it posible for me to buy a new home in August Fields and delivered on a promise that my first payment won’t start until July 2026 by ensuring that I would receive 3 months worth of payments at closing. If anyone is in the market for a new home do your homework and check out August Fields homes by View Homes, and especially speak with Chamar.
With the help of our realtor, Tavyn, we were looking for a new home in San Antonio, and we saw quite a few homes from several different builders. When we went to meet Charmar Johnson from View Homes, we saw the difference in the quality of their homes right away. My wife fell in love with the home we ended up choosing right away, and Charmar went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met.
