As a Real Estate Agent and Interiro Designer that have worked with one of the most prestigious builders in Houston, I have to say they have a great product to offer. Smaller lots in this neighborhood than some other options but great product and great builder and Adam is a fantastic Sales Consultant. I will be sending some clients his way for sure!
We worked with Adam for our sale and he was incredible. It was a little complicated since my husband is in the military and is currently away, but Adam made everything super easy and relaxed. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing and we cannot wait to close and move in! ** Update ** The David Weekley Warranty Department has been excellent, especially Katlynn. Kudos to her and the entire Audubon team. Any issues are resolved quickly. Communication has been excellent as well. We appreciate it all! Thankful to live here.
We are so happy we decided to build with David Weekley! High quality home throughout, upscale and elegant, warm cozy feeling – we absolutely love it! What truly sets this builder apart is their dedication to client services and support. We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Allen and Terry Schopf, who paid attention to every detail throughout the build. They listened to all of our concerns and requests, and promptly addressed them with effective solutions. Their professionalism and genuine care for us as clients made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Develoer is garbage. They do NOT respond or care for the residents, they only care about their bottom line and sidewalks ther dead end into construction tape. $1850 for 2 parks. Do not consider this place until the developer communicates better with the community.
No amenities and high HOa fees.
