Auburn Village

Much more pleasing place to live at now. Now that they got a new property manager everything is well controlled. Not pushy and aggravating like the recent manager. I recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice place to live. Maintenance team is right on time with your needs and takes care of everything. Basically they have a top-notch crew working here now. Keep up the good work. Just keep in mind that it's all what you make of it no matter where you are at.

Do not move here! I am speaking on behalf of my deceased mother who slipped and fell in the apartment's unsafe bathroom. We moved her in when the place was brand new and she has experienced nothing but hell. The manager is disrespectful and if anything doesn't have any class or people skills when it comes to working with a 55+ community. My mother's apartment was downstairs and she would complain relentlessly about the neighbors above her for stomping around and making all sorts of noise. I would try to talk to them, left them notes, my mom would talk to the manager, etc etc and nothing was done about it and my mom suffered throughout the nights and didn't get any sleep because of the noisy upstairs neighbors. It's getting better with new management, if you move here bring or buy a dehumidifier for your apartment because you will need one.
