My first day, I walked in to a disgusting apartment. They still charged me for the days they took to come clean it. Cleaning job was terrible, walls still had to be painted. still had to pay. floors still terrible. I just know I'm going to have to pay for all these stains that were left before I even moved in. I decided to stay another year because I was tired of bouncing around. Now charging me an astronomical amount for a thermostat that had a cracked screen (caused by me) ($350 for something that costs $50) and the thermostat still worked. I just had to call out AC repair for the third time in under 18 months. An absolute joke of an experience overall and I'm sure it'll only get better as I power through the last handful of months. No maintenance. Just vendors that come whenever they want to leaving equipments still messed up. My oven wouldnt even bake. I have to set it on broil and my faucet is still having less water come out. Then they add extra money when they feel like it just because. If your windows is broke they'll just put a board to cover up window instead of actually fixing it. It's really messed up that people have to pay rent and stuff and they can't get what's done. Not fair at all....

I am rating Auburn Reality 5 stars for 1 reason...Mallory!! She is AMAZING, always on everything!! I have two kids at AU both with leases with them. One for 3 years and 1 just started in August 2025. Everything question or anything we have needed addressed she had taken care of. Grateful of my kids home away from home! Thank you Mallory!

These people are dishonest and absolutely don’t care. My sons apartment had issues the entire lease. Roaches, systems not working, on and on. Then, the kids finally move out and they take 90% of the deposit. Easy to understand if there are damages etc. But they said there was excessive trash and I along with another dad made CERTAIN it was in good order. They also dinged us for a thermostat not working and this is a maintenance issue. It really sucks to be taken advantage of someone that just basically a bad person. Hope they feel really good about themselves screwing honest people over. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RENT FROM ANYONE ELSE

Update #3 Issue has been resolved! Update #2: Another vendor came out and there is something wrong with my refrigerator. Auburn Realty is making this an issue as if I do not want to pay the $125 service, when the real issue at hand is I’m not paying a service fee that has been proven to be a problem by the Vendor THEY sent. As we can they clearly see they want to argue on the review of my experience, but email me asking me to take down my review. Unprofessional or what?
