Auburn Pointe Apartments

I lived here for about 3 years. It started off fine but my unit started to have a terrible roach issue during my last year. I complained to the rental office about it multiple times. They would send out pest control every 2 weeks but that did nothing besides become more of an inconvenience, because they force you to remove everything from your cabinets for “proper treatment” & you have to vacate your place for 2 hours. My unit was treated at least 10 times. I was informed that the downstairs neighbor was causing the infestation but when I asked to be transferred to a different unit in a separate building, that unit also had roaches!! My bathroom constantly smelled like sewage because the downstairs neighbor’s place smelled like a waste dump. No matter how much I cleaned, roaches were comin

I have lived here going on 2 years. You can have the cleanest apartment and roaches are still going to be present in your home. The cats are ridiculous so if you don’t like cats or you are allergic don’t move here. I’ve complained several times about cats because all of my neighbors are feeding stray cats. The grass area next to my home has become a litter box. There are cat scratches all on my car because they have been jumping on my car. And don’t complain to the leasing office because they don’t address anything. If they are addressing anything the tenants do not care. I’ve called the city to get the cats and they said they don’t come on private property. Maintenance do not do their job. After saying they will be back the next day to finish things they never come back until days later.

I just moved in and let me tell you I haven’t felt more welcomed into a community than here. I everyone here is so nice and the kids are friendly. Kristal in the office is amazing and she got me in quick! Very communicative. I even got a welcome bag! The apartments are nice and spacious besides the hallway lol but other than that it’s a great place! I highly recommend this place!

I’m so glad I found these apartments. Crystal has been absolutely fantastic! I have to say, this has been the smoothest application process I've ever experienced. Her communication skills are phenomenal and she is very informative. She has a friendly & welcoming nature that has made me feel comfortable asking anything at anytime. After completing my application I left knowing what all to expect from move in prices, dates & other details. I'm really looking forward to moving in and I feel like I can truly trust the management here.

Omg what a lovely Experience I had today while trying to apply for an apartment. I came in the office clueless and Crystal Fisher was there to guide me the entire time. I had so many questions to a point anyone will be annoyed . she answered all of them gracefully and I really appreciated that because I have severe anxiety and not once did she make me feel bad about my self in anyway! We need more people like her! If you’re looking for a great experience while applying for an apartment here I recommend crystal ☺️ she is awesome.
