Atwater at Westchase

The worse living experience ever. Place is falling apart and I cant catch a break. Put in work orders and after multiple request they'll come weeks later. Water pouring out by my foot from the sink because the pipes. Not just roach infestation but spiders also. Another request for pest control on 2/12 and no one since has shown. They put scheduled, no one has shown nor has anyone contact me to schedule. Vent in bathroom doesnt work, work order in since 2/12. I had to personally approach the maintenance manager before for my toilet bowl that wasnt working for months for it to be fixed and once again repair the towel rack that keep falling apart. They make more and more patches on wall and no one has since painted over any of it. I stop calling and going to the office because the response "

I have been on property for 3 years living I met Employee for maintenance Eli aka “chewy” never had one maintenance requested that took over 24hour time span after being put into the system for a request. I’m coming up on my 4 year here on property & I can genuinely say he’s is one of the reason I am renewing and actually looking for a bigger apartment in the complex! Also to add, I can definitely see the change on property after the management swap! It’s looks great on At Water! Keep aiming for the stars !!!!

This apartment complex may pose a potential safety concern for families and children due to a lack of transparency around resident screening. I paid $350 for the application process and was informed a few days later that I was “approved.” I then requested documentation confirming that the advertised credit and background checks were completed. Instead, I received a generic email from SafeRent Solutions stating: “Your application has been accepted, pending the results of the application process. Once the application process is complete, you will receive a final approval or follow up with any additional steps.” This did not provide proof that any screening had actually been run, nor did it address my request. Great experience at Atwater overall. The community is nice and the move in process was smooth. Ubelsy was a big part of that. She was amazing, super helpful, always responsive, and explained everything clearly. Made the whole experience easy from start to finish. Definitely recommend Atwater

I have been living in this community for two years and I call it a community because for me and my family it is more than an apartment condominium it is our happy place where we would like to be for our entire lives. Our experience is and will always be positive because the office team makes us feel truly special and always have a smile and an immediate response to each of the daily challenges. The new property manager, although he does not have all the time in the world, always takes 5 minutes to listen to each of the residents and with great patience along with Axel, the best assistant manager in the world and more than that, he is part of our great family.
