Disappointing. Changed rates like a commodities trader of pork bellies. Questionable ethics/integrity. Huge turn-off. Watch your back and check your contract carefully. Increases prices randomly in the fine print and hopes you won't notice.
Absolutely awful service--Susan was completely unprofessional. Overcharged us at the last minute for cleaning services and when we called to discuss, became very irate, defensive and actually hung up on us.
Stay away. Very unprofessional. Does not look out for the renter. Gangs up with law enforcement to kick you out for no cause. You have been warned.
