Attain Downtown

I've only lived here for a month however, after looking at several other apartments in the area, I can truly say I made the right decision by choosing Attain. Starting from the application process to the move in process, it was all seamless. Myeisha made my experience wonderful. I appreciate how the common areas are always clean to include the hallways and the elevators. I mostly appreciate the idea of having covered, private parking that is not shared with the public. This makes me feel safe when coming home late. Upon move in I had a couple of issues that needed addressed and maintenance (who was very professional and knowledgeable) was there the next day to take care of it. You are essentially paying for the convenience of the downtown location—and little else. If I had the option to terminate my lease early, I would seriously consider it. This apartment complex has presented more recurring issues than any residence I have ever lived in. For a property exceeding $2,000 per month after additional undisclosed fees, it is unreasonable to experience repeated loss of essential services such as running water. The lease specifically identifies plumbing and A/C failures as emergency maintenance items; however, this most recent plumbing issue has exceeded eight hours without resolution or a technician onsite. Amazing experience this far! Tameka and Myeshia have assisted me, going above and beyond the typical assistance. Back story: I came from Bahrain and didnt have anything other than a few clothes and I wasnt familiar with the area. They have been welcoming. I was nervous about my move but I’m glad I went for it.

Great service and fantastic hospitality, my move in was smooth and easy. Miss Myeshia is very kind and helpful made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Miss Tameka is very patient and helpful made the process run smoothly, definitely a place to think about if you're looking for an apartment.

Ya’ll can we talk about the amenities?! AMAZING!!!! Cannot wait for the summer with this gorgeous pool, but for now definitely enjoying the convenience of the pet-grooming station with all this rain we’ve been having. Plus Ms. Temeka in the office is just the absolute sweetest!
