I just moved into Attain at Chic’s Beach Haven Residences about a week ago, and I’m already super happy with my new place. The apartment is modern, sleek, and has such a clean design. The location is perfect—close to the beach, shopping centers, and military bases, which makes life really convenient. Big shoutout to Maliqua, she’s been amazing from the very start. She gave me a great tour, walked me through the whole leasing and move-in process, and made sure any questions or small issues I had were taken care of right away. Overall, it’s a beautiful, quiet community with friendly neighbors and a really awesome staff. Definitely glad I chose to move here!
