My husband, our children, and I lived here for 1 year and 7 months. We truly enjoyed our time. The spacious rooms and high ceilings were simply wonderful. We’re especially grateful to Kiki and Denis Hall — they were always helpful, responsive, and provided great service. The securities were also kind to us and my children We leave this apartment with only warm and pleasant memories.

Constant unstoppable construction drilling noise every morning impossible to neglect. Please live here if you wanna get neurosis.

Please! Don't live here! The electric fee is more than $400/month. And I just know why. This apartment was once mortuary and asylum for lunatic (the mortuary requires cold air conditioning and electric shock treatment, so high electricity consumption). So the electronic fee is more than 400$/month now. And no wonder I meet some weird and horrible things here. I feel so bad and I can't fall asleep. The security staff is so rude. When I come here for the first day, I have no keys but he even doesn't let me come in the hall to wait for my roommate to pick up me. Especially the attitude. It seems like I didn't pay for it. Even the customers of tenements should not be treated like this.!!! If you don’t want see the staff just directly come into your room using keys when you still lie on the bed

Horrible manage service! Noisy neighbors！as former review , the only good thing of this apt is the location，It's never worth that monthly rent. When I rented the apt they never told me that they were going to decorate it. It was so cunning. I've been living with noise for more than a month. Can you imagine people walking in and out of your balcony and working outside your window every day！

A place bulling international students and racist treatment. The management is terrible. I am sorry for those doormen sitting in the concierge got a low paid and can't afford a nice place in Boston and have to give attitude to the tenants in this building. Their paid must be super low so don't know how to treat people rightly and give tenants efficient response. What can I complain? All the comments gave 1 star negative reviews were so right. The mother company Hamilton should do their employee training smartly because most of them are stupid.
