Atrium Hospitality

The organization I belong to made reservations one month before our conference. Now take into account this Hotel has our organizations bank information already on paper one month prior to arrival. Upon arrival I had to give the front desk my personal card to run due to the confusion within the Hotel office to which was very unorganized. No one knew anything about our reservations. There was no paper work ready or a list of people with confirmed reservations. The right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. No information passed to proper people to insure a smooth check in. We leave tomorrow morning and I still have no idea if this Company has themselves together any better than they did when we checked in. The BG KY hotel is in the late stages of disrepair. Always over booked when large events are being hosted. Provides rooms to guests with known deficiencies or lack of HVAC. They lie to guests when questioned about room conditions and amenities. 0/10 for the price and condition of the hotel. You can get a better room and experience at a far lower price with competitors in the city.

We have not received payment for a system we installed for the Sheraton Sioux Falls, South Dakota location. We are a small business and would like to be compensated for the work we have done. I have tried to contact the local location, and I'm told that they will look into it. I have tried numerous time to contact the corporate location and get no answers and all the emails are blocked as well. I see another review very similar to mine. I would appreciate hearing from someone on this. Thank you.

I would not recommend using this hospitality group. The employees knock on the door before checkout time and They don't fully clean rooms. I've found trash multiple times. There employees are trained to frame hotel guess by digging thru your trash once your leave. To see if there are any trash related to smoking in the trash.( empty packets, cigarette butts, ashes) They will then take it out the trash. Take a picture of it. Then claim you smoke in the room because these items are in the trash. Even if you didn't smoke in the room. They will then have the hotel charge you a 250 fee. Im not sure how much of the fee the company or the house keepers get, but im sure its has to money motivated. So they can frame the customer. You use the group and you may lose customers.

We did services for the embassy suite in Little Rock Ak back in March it is now fixing to be July. We still have not received payment for services we did for that location. It is almost impossible to get a hold of any one either from The Embassy Suites or Atrium Hospitalities. For weeks we have been leaving messages and emails and have not receive One response back. We are a small business and would like answers. The chief Jeff got promoted to assistant general manager and will not answer or call us back. Please help.
