Atrium Flats

Amazing experience and comfortable living space. I never had a car, but taking the bus that was a 10-15 minute walk never hurt me. The people here are friendly, the atmosphere is great. I recommend anyone looking for an affordable living space here at Atrium Flats!!

I love my one bedroom apartment, everything been working great, using the gym, and washing my clothes, the neighbors are very respectful... The day that I had moved into my apartment everything was fixed, clean, and up to date... The owners, well the rent office/leasing office, she is very nice, kind, respectful, and understandable... She keep us updated when there is an issue upon the apartments.. she is very openly honest upon the office hours... And the maintenance guy does a wonderful, fantastic job on getting things done that need to be fix... I feel safe and comfortable inside and outside my apartment... And it's all about coming together,and I know that they make sure that everything is great....

Atrium Flats was an absolute nightmare for me. I needed an extra place, besides my home, to relax. I felt it really had potential, but as time went on, things got bad. Really bad. Not to mention, down right scary. Nighttime was the worst. Loud, open drug use, transients sleeping in hallways & pool area. The manager, was nice enough in the beginning, UNTIL I gave my notice to vacate. Fortunately, I only signed a 3 month contract and was able to stay home until I could officially “move”. I never received my deposit back. I don’t typically leave bad reviews. If ever. But, if I can help others avoid what I went through, I will. I would not recommend this place to my family or friends. Leasing office is always available and involved and maintenance is easy to get a hold of. They are constantly updating and easy to work with! I am only leaving for work reasons and hate to do it.

Cheap housing with a vacation time atmosphere. Very few demons on the weekdays. Plus the maintenance staff and security are wonderful. Grab your swimmeze the pool is and the grills getting hot! Love this place. 🍉🍌🍒🍓🥥🍗🌭🌯🍤🍦🍿🍸🛟🌈🧊
