Atrium Downtown

I’ve lived in this building for a while, and things have gone downhill since the new management took over. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and seem to completely ignore the needs and concerns of tenants. Emails go unanswered, questions are ignored, and any issues that come up are brushed off or left unresolved. Security and safety are also a growing concern. The church next door regularly attracts homeless individuals who wander into the property and break into cars, yet management does absolutely nothing to address it or improve safety measures. Guest parking is another ongoing issue — it’s supposed to be for short-term visitors, but some cars have been parked there for over five months with no enforcement or follow-up from management. We recently just signed our second year lease with Atrium Downtown and we have only positive things to say about our experience living in this apt complex. Matt and Darren in the leasing office are so easy and fun to deal with when we’ve had things come up we’ve needed taken care of they’re on top of it and it doesn’t just stop there they always follow up with us to make sure things were taken care of and taken care of promptly! :) Sam, the community maintenance “fixer upper” has always fixed anything that’s come up usually within hours. My husband and I have moved around quite a bit with both of our jobs and we both agree that this has been our most favorite community to be apart by far!!! This review is long overdue! I've lived at Atrium Downtown for a few months now and overall its been an awesome experience… I haven't really had any issues compared to a few previous places I've been. I love living on the top floor because of the vaulted ceilings. For being so close to downtown I feel pretty safe walking around at night with my dog. The building itself is always kept pretty clean and the laundry room has an app that you can pay through so I get a notification when my laundry is ready!!! A big shoutout to the staff here, they always deliver packages for me when I'm out of town. The manager Matt is very friendly and I feel that he truely wants the best for us. I would reccomend to anyone looking for a great home over here!

We looked at over 30 apartments when we moved here and Atrium wasn't the first on our list initially, but after seeing the place, amenities and meeting the staff we knew this would be a place we could call home. Plus the A Frame design of the living room is beautiful!

This is a wonderful place to live. There are free parking, outdoor swimming pool without heating, hot tub, grill, gym, laundry, large rooms, even elevator, and free coffee / tea / cocoa in the lobby. Wonderful service, people and squirrels :)
