Atrio Boston

I've lived at what is now called Atrio Boston (formerly Burbank Apartments) for more than 30 years and I can't recommend it highly enough. The location in Boston is perfect - a 5 min. walk to the MBTA in one direction, Whole Foods, CVS, Post Office in another) but it's the people who manage and maintain the property that make it such a great place to live. Both the management staff (particularly Jamillah Malone) and the maintenance crew are friendly, and responsive. Why would I ever go anywhere else?

Burbank Apartments is indeed a remarkable place to live. Having lived here many years, I can honestly and fully attest to the quality and pleasure of residing here. Buildings and common areas throughout the property are well maintained. Administrative and Maintenance Staff are polite, professional and attentive to residents' concerns. Maintenance is responded to promptly and performed with care and precision. The superb quality of management and maintenance of this property are of an impressive level for which other leading property and management entities can strive to emulate.

Burbank Apartments was my first home in Boston, and it has been a delightful experience! The location is perfect—close to public transportation, grocery stores, and local attractions, making it incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe, which was a high priority for me. The apartment building is consistently clean and well-maintained. Management is responsive and efficient, addressing any maintenance issues within hours, if not days. I highly recommend Burbank Apartments to anyone looking for their next home in Boston.

Everyone at Atrio was incredibly kind, and fostered a great living environment for the three years I lived there. Management and maintenance were very responsive and prompt, and provided great communication when needed. Loved the new amenities as well. All of the Atrio apartments are in a great area close to multiple colleges, Fenway park, Newbury, and more. Would 100% recommend!
