Edit: Then why is Atomic Storage emailing saying it’ll be sent, but delaying for months? I only know about Atomic Storage because that’s the email from YOUR company emailing saying I’d get it by the end of September! Someone has my deposit and I will get it back. This company bought a storage unit facility in Zelienople, Pennsylvania, and now that they bought it out, they are refusing to give me my deposit back. I followed their automated move out process, cleaned it better than it was when I moved in a couple of years ago with the original owners, and they still tried to charge my card after I finished the move out process. Thankfully, I had already removed my card from the account, however, they are absolutely refusing and/or lying between weeks without reply about sending my security d

I bought Arnold Self Storage 3 years ago. I was new to the industry and didn't fully understand it. The first third party that I used to manage, Arnold, lost money each month. They were unable to gain control of the property. I changed third-party managers due to their lack of performance. The next third party initially performed better, but I still lost money each month in increasing amounts. I switched to Atomic Storage Group in May 2024. The property did not turn around overnight, but each quarter was better than the last. This month, thanks to the team that Magen and Rick put together, Arnold is in the black. Bob Vanderploeg worked very hard at first, then Larissa Fincher took over. I could not recommend Atomic Storage Group any higher. They saved the property.

You can't even speak with someone for assistance with an on-site issue! No point in having the options to choose from when you call if they don't work! Terrible, this service is terrible, the storage facilities themselves are terrible- awful service all the way around! Do not do business with this company nor ModBox storage!

Love this place! The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and helpful with questions I had.
