Atlántico at Kendall

The apartments are beautifully designed making for a lovely living space. The pool is fantastic, and I absolutely loved the dog park. The gym and yoga room are well-equipped and perfect for staying active. Plus, the atmosphere is wonderfully quiet and serene. Here is my second review. I moved into Atlantico at Kendal on September 20, and it’s been great! The staff is really helpful and always there when I need anything. A big thank you to Ivonne, Manuela, and the manager. They’ve made me feel so welcome and are always ready to assist with questions or maintenance. I also want to mention that this neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. I love the gym, and it’s fantastic that it’s a dog-friendly area with a cute dog park! I work hard to pay for my apartment, and it feels good to live in

The condominium is very well maintained, everything is clean and working. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!!

We are pleased to live here, we have great facilities, luxury gym, lovely dog park , resort style pool area , etc. Something that I really like about Atlantico at Kendall is the maintenance team , they are ready to help in any situation is required. Shout out to Eduardo Ramos for his exceptional service in our apartment. We highly appreciate all of your hard work in this community.

We have been living at Atlantico for almost a month, so far so good. Leasing office has the greatest treatment, special mention to Andres, who was our leasing specialist. Maintenance service has been also good, they will try to fix the issue as soon as possible. Loving being part of this community.

I’ve been living here for around a year now, and John from the maintenance team has been a standout. Whenever something breaks in my apartment, John is always there to fix it to save me the headache. Don’t gotta worry long knowing John’s there to help me in a bind! Incredible work he’s done!
