Atlas North

Great experience at Atlas North in Swartz Creek. The property is well maintained and maintenance is quick. Cindy, the property manager, is friendly and easy to work with, and Chris, the maintenance supervisor, does a great job keeping things running smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Cindy is Awesome!! In every sense of the word. She's beyond knowledgeable, answering every question, if she ever was stumped, she'd go above and beyond to get the correct answer. She always makes everyone feel at home before it's home. 😍 OUTSTANDING CINDY! THANK YOU for being you. You're the best!!

I’m a previous tenant. I left MI last yr. While home in MI, I decided to move into Atlas North. I never had any issues with complex or the staff. The only thing, I saw an issue with, were the teenagers taking down the back perimeter to give their Mari Dan buddies access to Atlas North. Maintenance would repair it and within a few days, they would tear it down again leaving a gap in the fence. I applaud maintenance, because what they did was, they installed cameras near the perimeter. Where exactly are they? Well, I’m not gonna say. But, I know exactly where the cameras are. That’s what I call taking care of your community and providing outstanding customer service. With that being said, Myself and my family are permanently moving back home to MI in a few months and hope to make Atlas North

I have been here for about a month. So far I like it. The complex and untis are quite clean. I have not had any issues with loud neighbors. The few people I have seen have been quite cordial. The property manager Cindy put in extra effort to help with getting me in due to my work schedule.

Just want to give a shout out to the manager thank you for helping my cousin out with their issue in such a polite and professional manner his last experience at his previous complex the manager was rude and did nothing. Keep up the good work! Will definitely keep this place in mind if I decide to move.
