I can’t say enough great things about Ceaser Soto, the maintenance technician here at Atlas at the Loop Apartments. He went above and beyond when he came in to address what we thought was just a simple air filter issue. Once we told him about the ongoing problem with our key fob, he immediately took ownership of the situation. Despite having a busy schedule, he remained incredibly patient, communicative, and determined to find a solution. His dedication and professionalism truly stand out, and we are so grateful for his hard work in making sure everything was resolved. Thank you, Ceaser Soto, for being such a rockstar!

I am very satisfied with the work done in my apartment by Mr. Noel and his coworker, Mr. César. Both demonstrated great professionalism, an excellent willingness to help, and a very kind attitude at all times. The work was impeccable, and they left the space clean and well organized. I congratulate them and thank them for their excellent work in the maintenance area.

We moved into the condominium in December. Since then, we have been smelling dog urine coming from the balcony above. It constantly drips urine onto our balcony. We cannot stay there because the urine drips onto our heads and clothes. This issue has already been reported to the office and an email was also sent, but it continues to happen. This situation is unacceptable and unsanitary. I am very dissatisfied.

Noel and Edgar came to my apartment for a maintenance request. The two went above and beyond to make sure my request was met! They were very professional and kind! Their hard work to make sure the community is well kept and the residents are happy shows through and through! Your hard work doesn’t go unseen thank you for being a great maintenance team !!
